Our Products

Our products are the result of methodical and sometimes unorthodox work, which among other things includes persuading a farmer to sell us his harvest.

In Greece things are still quite traditional not only in products but also in human relations. Discussing politics, eating and drinking is always on the agenda for anyone who really wants the best produce. We shouldn’t forget the inevitable references to distant relatives who came from the next village as proof that we come from the same place as them.

After completing negotiations with the producers, we finally have the best harvest. Then it is time for each consignment of ELEONES products to pass through extensive examination by specialized laboratories.

Only then we can be absolutely sure that products bearing the ELEONES brand are really at the highest standard of quality.

As ELEONES products are mainly traditional products, each one of them has a slightly different production method.

ELEONES Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The ELEONES Early Harvest HPEVOO (High Phenolic Extra Virgin Olive Oil) is the first olive oil of the year. Halkidiki is located in northern Greece where, because of local climatic conditions and the variety of olives grown there, it has the privilege of producing the first olive oil of the year before any other region of Greece.

So the ELEONES Early Harvest HPEVOO is really the first available extra virgin olive oil of each year’s Greek olive harvest.
