Simple salad dressing
We use this dressing in Greece at a salad that contains: Lettuce, rocket salad leaves, cucumber, corn, cherry tomatoes (Santorini tomatoes called in Greece), pomegranate, croutons, dill and walnuts.
1 Tbs (15ml) ELEONES Organic Early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp (5ml) balsamic vinegar
200gr Greek yoghurt
1 Tbs (15ml) mustard
1 Tbs (15ml) mayonnaise
1 tsp (5ml) Greek forest honey
¼ tsp (1,25ml) salt
1/4 tsp (1,25ml) white pepper
Use a suitable bowl to mix gradually all the ingredients together.
Dissolve the salt into the balsamic vinegar.
Add the ELEONES Early Harvest Olive Oil and mix together.
Add the yoghurt, the mustard, the mayonnaise, the honey and the white pepper. Mix all ingredients together.
Your dressing is ready. If you don’t use the dressing straight away just make sure stir well the dressing and then serve it.
